1. Scope of Agreement

These Terms & Conditions govern the access and use of the ADF LUXURE website (https://adfluxure.com), architectural design consultations, quotation proposals, material supply, and site execution services provided by ADF LUXURE.

2. Design Consultations & Quotations

  • All preliminary design proposals, 3D renderings, and estimates provided during early discussions are indicative until formal site measurements and engineering drawings are finalized.
  • Written quotations remain valid for a period of 30 calendar days from the date of issue, unless otherwise specified, subject to raw material and transportation market volatility.

3. Material Samples & Natural Variations

While ADF LUXURE ensures strict quality control across all architectural surface products (including fluted panels, soffit boards, SPC flooring, and exterior claddings), clients acknowledge that materials exhibiting natural wood grains, stone textures, or metallic patinas may feature slight organic tone variations between physical swatch samples and large production lots.

4. Intellectual Property & Design Rights

All customized drawings, 3D concept visualizations, interior schematics, and photographic documentation created by ADF LUXURE remain the intellectual property of ADF LUXURE. They may not be reproduced, shared with competing contractors, or utilized without written authorization.

5. Site Access & Execution Conditions

For turnkey interior or surface installation projects, the client agrees to provide uninterrupted electrical power, clean water, adequate lighting, and authorized site access during designated working hours. Delay in access or civil clearances may result in proportional timeline extensions.

6. Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to contracts, quotations, or services executed by ADF LUXURE shall be governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.
